Refund Policy

1. Standard Refund Period

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee for all CartoFlow licenses. If you are not satisfied with the software or encounter technical issues that we cannot resolve, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

2. Digital Content & Access

As CartoFlow is a digital software product (CEP Extension), by purchasing and downloading the software, you acknowledge that your right to a refund is governed by Paddle’s Global Buyer Terms.

Once a refund is issued, your license key will be permanently blacklisted, and access to "Pro" features within After Effects will be revoked.

3. Processing Your Refund

All payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, you can:

  • Contact our support team at [email protected] with your Paddle Order ID.

4. Exceptions

Please note that refunds may be refused if:

The 14-day window has expired.

There is evidence of license misuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
