1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and CartoFlow ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website https://cartoflow.net and using the CartoFlow Adobe After Effects extension (the "Software"), you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles all returns and payment-related issues. By purchasing our Software, you also agree to be bound by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions.
3. License Grant
Upon successful payment through Paddle, CartoFlow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Software.
Individual License: Permits installation and use on up to two (2) personal devices simultaneously.
Commercial Use: You are permitted to use the output generated by the Software for commercial video productions.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Software, including its source code, "Zero-Centering" algorithms, and "CartoFlow" branding, is the proprietary property of CartoFlow and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
5. Digital Delivery and Cancellation
Since the Software is a digital product, access is granted immediately upon payment. Under Paddle’s Buyer Terms, you acknowledge that by starting the download of the digital content, you may waive certain statutory withdrawal rights, subject to the 14-day refund policy outlined in our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CartoFlow and its reseller Paddle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.
